How to book

Our Booking Options are subject to our Conditions of Reservation. PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CONFIRM. Your acceptance of this reservation confirms that you have read, understood and accept the Conditions of Reservation of Bed & Breakfast France on behalf of yourself and all the persons in your party, and abide by them.

 

1. Role of Bed & Breakfast France

Bed & Breakfast France acts only as a booking agent. It makes the reservations as agent for the person(s) providing the accommodation and do not accept liability in connection with the reservations. For car hire your contract is with the car rental company.

2. Payment

All reservations must be pre-paid and a reservation is not confirmed until full payment is received. We do our best to rush through last minute reservations but cannot take any responsibility for problems arising due to reservations being confirmed at the last minute or payment not reaching us in time.

3. Recommended form of payment

Valid VISA or MASTERCARD for the deposit

4. Alterations

Alterations can be made to your Provisional Booking until you are happy with it and confirm it. No alteration can be made to Confirmed Bookings.

5. Cancellations

If you cancel a Confirmed Booking, notice must be received by Bed & Breakfast France in writing by fax or e-mail. The deposit is non-refundable and the following Cancellation Charges apply to cancellations received as follows:

- if received 15 days or more before the first night: 25%

- if received 14 to 4 days before the first night booked: 50%

- if received less than 4 days before the first night booked: 100%.

N.B. The first night booked is the earliest date on your Confirmation Voucher and applies to the whole itinerary, not individual stops. You must be covered by Cancellation Insurance to cover these charges.

6. Reservation Fee

A reservation fee is charged by Bed & Breakfast France and is included in all our rates.

7. Confirmation

Please check carefully that you are happy with your Provisional Booking before you confirm it, as confirmation of the reservation by you, commits you to a firm booking that cannot be altered. You are advised to check the location of the hosts reserved in relation to your planned itinerary, especially if travelling by public transport.

8. Circumstances beyond our control.

Bed & Breakfast France cannot be held liable for problems and delays resulting from circumstances beyond their control (force majeure) e.g. strikes, postal delays, transport delays, changes to the personal circumstances of our hosts, terrorism and war etc..

9. Extra Services

Bed & Breakfast France cannot be held liable for payment of additional charges for extra services and facilities not included in the price paid to Bed & Breakfast France. It is the client’s responsibility to settle these charges before departing from the establishment.

10. Quality of Hosts

Bed & Breakfast France has taken all reasonable care to ensure the quality of the hosts and accommodation reserved for clients and cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction the clients may have with the hosts or accommodation. Any complaints MUST be registered with your hosts before departure, so that they have the opportunity to put matters right.

11. Errors and Omissions

Every care has been taken in the compilation of this website, and all information is as accurate and as up to date as possible. However Bed & Breakfast France cannot be liable for any errors or omissions it may inadvertently contain.

12. Reservations via the Central Reservations Office

Although you may have consulted our website, if you eventually place your booking using our central reservations office (by telephone, fax or e-mail), slightly different conditions apply. These will be sent to you with your Provisional Booking. All website bookings can be identified by a reference number including the letters BBFINT.

13. Responsibility

Bed & Breakfast France shall have no liability in contract, tort or otherwise for death, injury, or loss to clients except to the extent that such liability is imposed by law and cannot be excluded or restricted.
